"I signed up thinking the caregiver support..."
I signed up thinking the caregiver support would actually take some pressure off, but it didn’t help much. It felt really hands-off, and when I did reach out, the replies were slow. I also had to keep explaining the same situation over and over, which got frustrating fast. It kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving too, I’d ask what to do next, get one answer, then later it sounded like something else was expected. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just added more confusion than support

"i liked the overall vibe and it..."
i liked the overall vibe and it felt welcoming. the only thing is the sizing options felt a bit limited, so i think there’s still room to improve

"Helped a little with balance"
It did seem to help a bit with my balance, so I’ll give it some credit for that. But overall, I feel like it could definitely be better. I also didn’t really feel confident reaching out to customer service since I usually don’t trust them to be very helpful.
"I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up"
I felt judged whenever I tried to bring up a concern, and it really got to me. After a while, I just stopped sharing anything because it didn’t feel emotionally safe.

"I was hoping this would help with staff..."
I was hoping this would help with staff retention, but people still ended up leaving. The advice felt basic too, like stuff you kind of already know going in.
"Good facilitator, easy to follow"
The facilitator really knew the topic and did a good job keeping everything moving. It was easy to follow for the most part, though a couple sections felt a bit rushed. At times the pace was kind of ridiculous, but overall it was a solid session.
"Kind of a pain to sign up"
Joining was way more confusing than it needed to be. It felt like too much hassle, and I got annoyed trying to figure it all out.

"Just wasn’t the right fit for meee"
I gave the program a try, but it didn’t really match what I was looking for. A lot of it felt kinda unrelated to what I actually needed, so it just wasn’t super helpful for meee.

"Flexible, if your definition of flexible is narrow"
I signed up thinking the schedule would have at least some wiggle room, but apparently that was a bit optimistic. Trying to change times felt like more trouble than it should've been, and the options were limited. So if your week ever changes in any way, which I know is a wild concept, this probably isn't the best fit

"For some reason, it just added to my stress"
I tried Keep Company thinking it would help me feel a little more balanced, but for some reason it ended up feeling like one more thing I had to keep up with. The check-ins were probably meant to be supportive, but I started stressing about them like they were another task on my list. It just didn’t really help me the way I hoped it would.

"Slow replies made things confusing"
The communication was slow. Since replies took a while and the updates weren’t very clear, I ended up feeling unsure about what was going on most of the time

"The coaching just didn’t feel worth it"
I signed up for Keep Company hoping the coaching would give me some real direction, especially because my sister had been encouraging me to get extra support. But it felt basic. A lot of the calls were just general advice that I could’ve found online, and I never really felt like the coach fully understood what I was dealing with.
The follow-up wasn’t great either. Sometimes I’d leave a session without a clear next step, just a few vague ideas to think about. Maybe it’s a better fit for other people, but for me, the coaching didn’t feel personal enough and definitely wasn’t worth the money.

"Honestly helped me feel a little more grounded"
I’ve been using KeepCompany for a few months now, it’s been helpful. Like, it’s not some magic fix or anything, but it has made me notice some of my bad patterns more clearly and, you know, actually stay a bit more accountable. I still have off days for sure, but overall I do feel a little steadier and more aware of what I’m doing.

"Helpful peer chats, but a bit hit or miss"
I joined mostly for the peer community, and it’s been decent. Some of the discussions are actually helpful, and I appreciate that people are honest about what they’re dealing with instead of making everything sound perfect.
That said, it gets quiet sometimes, and a lot of the replies feel kind of rushed or careless, like people skim and toss out a quick answer without really handling the topic thoughtfully. It’s still useful if you keep your expectations realistic, but I do wish it felt more active and a little more carefully managed...

"Honestly, really not worth it"
I was disappointed with this. It just didn’t live up to what I expected, and I’m really not happy with it at all.

"Pretty decent, but also a little annoying"
The site was simple enough to figure out and my order showed up with no issues, so that part was totally fine. But the shipping updates were weirdly slow, which was kind of frustrating because I had to keep checking on it myself. Not a huge deal, I guess, but also something they should probably fix. Overall it was okay, maybe even good, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.
